This Thursday, May 7th, local community bookstore, Picture Book, will be hosting a pop-up table right outside Community Nursery School’s famous red door during pick-up! 

The owner of Picture Book, Sara, is a CNS parent alum and will be bringing a table full of amazing children's books for sale. She is also donating 10% of the proceeds from this event back to CNS, so think of it as a fundraiser where you get to take home the best books!

Sara plans to be outside of CNS for the 11:30, 11:45, 1:15 and 2PM pickup times, weather permitting.

Join us at Joyful Dermatology for an interactive evening inspired by Guilt Free: Reclaiming Your Life from Unreasonable Expectations by Dr. Jennifer Reid, board-certified psychiatrist and creator of the A Mind of Her Own podcast and Substack.

Through engaging exercises, Dr. Reid will guide us in exploring the expectations that drive so much of women’s guilt and how we can begin to let them go.

We will also be joined by Dr. Luyi Kathy Zhang, hypnotist and palliative care physician, who will lead a guided hypnosis experience designed to help quiet the subconscious programming of guilt and to enhance self-compassion.

The talented @jlcoachingllc will be leading a mini barre class followed by a very fun mixology lesson of seasonal cocktails 🍸 (and mocktails!) led by @clinkwithcolleen. We will feast on gorgeous autumn snacks from @graze_newyork and get to browse little pop-ups from fellow, women-owned small businesses @picturebookny and the soon-to-open @makeyourmarketny!
