I am so grateful to the collaboration and community that Austin brought to HudCo during his nearly two-year residency here, and wish him all the best on his new venture of Aussie’s, an all-day breakfast spot in Hastings. Come in to HudCo for your final Boxing Day Café latté or matcha and wish Austin the best!

Thankfully, we’ll continue to get to work with Austin, stocking books for his café and keeping the book club going once he is settled. And luckily for us back at HudCo, Austin is passing the torch to Carla of Eyes Closed Coffee.
